LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES
Tasks:
- Schedule emails/Respond to emails and, when necessary, phone calls to deliver outstanding customer support to both internal and external clients
- Basic bookkeeping, budgeting, AP/AR
- Prepare various reports and correspondence
- Participate in meetings and record minutes
- Support managers and supervisors with the creation of policies and procedures.
- Ensure travel arrangements, budgeting, and reimbursements
- Solve problems associated with vendors regarding shipments, billing, and statements
- Execute general administrative tasks
- Create basic marketing materials
- Oversee department hiring procedures
- Handle event planning for meetings, and other department activities
- Undertake additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
- Has excellent communication abilities
- Exhibits a high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong organizational capabilities
- Capable of adhering to tight deadlines
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
