There is a $500 refundable deposit to get your project started. This deposit is refunded if your project is canceled or is applied to the headhunter fee outline below upon finding your candidate(s). We charge a 35% headhunter fee on the presumed first year’s full-time salary.

A deposit of $500 is required to initiate a project, to be deducted on the total fee. The fee is 35% of the first year’s full-time salary of the hired candidate.

  • For example, if we refer a candidate who is hired at a monthly salary of $800 USD, resulting in a presumed first-year salary of $9,600 USD, our fee would be 35% of this amount, totaling $3,360. This fee is a one-time payment, and you will not be charged again for this hire.

If a candidate does not work out within 100 days upon hire, we will replace the candidate free of charge.

Billing is conducted at the beginning of each service month. This pre-payment allows us to ensure that your assistant is fully dedicated to your needs for the entire month ahead.

Absolutely! We understand that business needs can fluctuate. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your current needs with proper notice, as specified in our service agreement.
