  • Managing office operations, including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
  • Organizing and maintaining files and databases with confidentiality
  • Calendar management: scheduling meetings, regularly reviewing appointments, assessing priorities, and adjusting previously scheduled meetings
  • Generating reports and presentations, and transcribing meeting minutes
  • Handling communication, including emails and phone calls

A deposit of $500 is required to initiate a project, to be deducted on the total fee. The fee is 35% of the first year’s full-time salary of the hired candidate.
