  • Address customer needs and inquiries
  • Provide customers with pricing, shipping dates, and other information
  • Use software for data entry, editing, and reporting
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback for improvement.

A deposit of $500 is required to initiate a project, to be deducted on the total fee. The fee is 35% of the first year’s full-time salary of the hired candidate.
